Avant-garde religiously-themed graphics have been appearing on pieces out of major fashion houses like Givenchy and Balmain for the past couple of years. By example, Dolce&Gabbana’s F14 Mosaic Collection was replete with iconography of the Catholic Church. And ever since Givenchy introduced their Madonna graphic, smaller brands have been adopting the trend as well.

While crosses have always been a staple of rock glam and punk fashion, nowadays similarly religious-inspired motifs can be found on anything from phone cases and scarfs to tops to jewelry. The key to integrating this imagery into your style is simply to be respectful!

I wore a tee by Wilfred (similar here), a vegan leather pleated skirt from Topshop with a leather moto jacket from Zara (love this one by Iro too) and Louboutin So Kate heels (here’s the same in black suede).

God bless and happy styling.
